Guess what happens after PMS... Menopause! And that ain't no picnic either, Dawg. You can't fight it, so might as well deal with it constructively, like doing some chores that need done anyway. It makes 'em happy and we get a little peace, for the time being... You're spot on with your plan. It's been working for me for many, many moons.

Brother, nothing about what's written above would lead me or others to believe that you're a christian man who writes praise and worship songs. If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. - James 1:26. Before you attempt to honor Him with song on stage, examine yourself and make sure you're honoring Him in speech offstage as well. He is worthy!

I found the cure for PMS, At Last Naturals has a gel made with yam roots that helps balance your system by releasing phyto-progesterone into your system. The hormone progesterone, the forgotten hormone, is made by the ovary after ovulation, among other sources. A natural health practitioner calls the symptoms “estrogen dominance” because the progesterone drops even more severely than estrogen; and the theory is that progesterone is the replacement hormone of choice.
