Here’s the Craigslist posting: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/msg/5555910088.html
This was a pretty tough decision to make, but I realized I needed to thin my stock, as I’ve been wanting to get a Gretsch Brian Setzer for awhile, and the only way I could do that was to sell off some gear. Not that I don’t have a lot as it is… π
I have to admit that it’s a little bittersweet for me. “Ox” has been a mainstay for me for the last few years, but I have to face the reality that I’m probably at the limit of the guitars I can have, and if I want to add another to my stable, I need to trade out duplicates. You see, I’m NOT a guitar collector. I gig and record with all the guitars I have – with the exception of some pretty old, crappy ones – and frankly, am not in the financial position yet where I can have thousands of dollars worth of guitars sitting around. Besides, my wife, God love her, being the pragmatic sort, would question not using my instruments. π
So… life goes on, and I need to do some stock rotation… Check out the Craigslist posting. My contact info is there if you have questions.
