Doppler mentioned something about the “Gibson scale length.” I don’t know about the ’09 version but the originals had a 25-1/2″ scale more kin to Fender instruments.
Carly, the “reissue” had a standard, Les Paul scale length at 24-3/4 inches. It felt and played like a Les Paul, albeit a VERY light Les Paul at just over 6 lbs.
Doppler mentioned something about the “Gibson scale length.” I don’t know about the ’09 version but the original Nighthawks had a 25-1/2″ scale more kin to Fender instruments.
